For a fee, Borrman Consulting LLC will review the project to make sure that the budget addresses the complete scope of the project.  The service includes a review of all construction documents, including plans, specifications and budget.  The budget review will compare the project to other local projects from our database to ensure that it is complete and appears adequate to complete the project.  The review is not, however, a guaranty that the project will be completed on budget as there are too many variables in play. Our Project Performance Reports are great tools for managing and controlling budgets throughout the construction period.
